What is Bujinkan Budo Taijitsu? The Bujin Dojo of Japan is home to one of the world's most comprehensive martial arts - Budo Taijutsu - its knowledge gleaned from generations of warefare and peace. Teachings are comprised of nine ryu, or schools, that date back more than 2,600 years and include skills from Chinese Kenpo, Samurai Jujutsu and Ninpo - methods of the secretive and oft-misunderstood Ninja. Budo Taijutsu stresses the principles underlying techniques, serving the greatest benefit for the protection of self and others. Trainining unites spirit, technique, and body - Shi-Gi-Tai-Ichi - allowing swift adaptation to any attacker in any situation. This inherent practicality draws tens of thousands of people from around the world, many involved in law enforcement or military operations. Schedule
