GAME NIGHT: Following the seminar (6:30) we’ll be meeting upstairs for some off-the-mat fun with board and card games. Bring friends, family, and some food or drink to share. If you have a favorite game, bring that too.

“Fumio Toyoda Sensei, the head of the Aikido Association of America, is a burly man with a generous laugh. His aikido is quick and vigorous, and powerfully direct.
