kenpo logoProfessor Wedlake is a first generation Ed Parker black belt. Orginially from the Chicago area, he started Kenpo training in 1972, has authored eight books on Kenpo, and conducts successful seminars world-wide.

Open all all styles and systems. Please wear an appropiate uniform or workout wear. Groin cup.

Sat.:

Intro to tai chi for Kenpo people (9 - 10:30 am)
Self defense techniques into freestyle techniques (11 am - 12:30 pm)

Fee: $30 one session or $55 for two sessions.

What is Kenpo?

Kenpo is an explosive hi-tech Karate that is based on traditional methods with modern updates.  There are many styles of Kenpo.  Some are Japanese and are spelled Kempo.  American versions are spelled Kenpo, either way they are all interpretations of the Shaolin arts of China.

We are honored to teach the Kenpo of Grandmaster Edmond K. Parker.  This system is a fusion of Japanese and Chinese martial arts.
