Free Self Defense Workshop and Classes

In August the Japanese Culture Center in Lakeview will host a free one hour workshop of self defense on Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. On 8.22 and 8.29.

During the entire month of September the Japanese Culture Center in Lakeview will host free self defense classes on Wednesdays from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm.

People can RSVP at www.japaneseculturecenter.com or via phone at 773.525.3141. Space will be limited to 30 people.
