Sa Tea’s focus is about building a solid foundation in the basic poses. Her classes are appropriate for those who are newer to yoga as well as continuing students who are looking to refine their experience of the poses.
Teaching yoga combined with breathing techniques will improve flexibility, range of motion, ease, and relaxation. She likes to incorporate the use of straps, blocks and blankets to modify poses, and feels that this can help students of all levels. She hopes to help students improve their quality of life.
Sa Tea Fisiak first came to her mat in 2007 and fell in love with her practice ever since. Having been athletic from a young age, she always welcomed the new physical challenges yoga offered. Yoga has offered growth and flexibility not only in Sa Tea’s body but also in her mind and spirit.
As her practice grew, she soon felt a transition; the lessons she would learn on her mat started to come into play in other areas of her life. This transition inspired her not only to deepen her practice but share her love of yoga with others.
Since completing her training in 2020, she teaches classes focused on finding strength and flexibility in body, mind, and spirit.
