Event Description
Touch is a quiet yet profound force that shapes our physical, emotional, and relationa well-being. It influences how we feel, how we connect, and how we function in everyday life. As one of the most fundamental human forms of communication, touch helps build trust, deepen understanding, and even enhance collaboration and teamwork. Modern research also highlights the scientific basis for this natural instinct. Supportive touch can help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and foster a sense of safety and connection.
In this one-hour session, we will explore how Reiki’s gentle touch amplifies these innate benefits. Participants are invited to experience the grounding, balancing, and restorative qualities of Reiki through gentle hands-on (or hands-near) practices that support clarity, calm, well-being, and a greater sense of flow in life. This will also be an opportunity to learn more about Reiki and ask as many questions as you may have. All are welcome.
