Meditation and breathwork are transformative practices that deepen your mind-body connection. This program employs a variety of techniques to help us to develop hara (center), kokyu (breath) and kiai (energy), necessary for a deeper awareness. This workshop is recommended for anyone new to seated meditation or those seeking to improve their practice. We will explore common obstacles and challenges with meditation. You will learn all the tools to start your own practice at home.
